Do I pay anything during the free trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days with no payment card, and the plan you pick starts when it ends.
Can I add AI or official email later?
Yes, at any time from inside the system, and the amount is added to your subscription invoice.
What is the difference between the daily backup and the Google Drive copy?
The daily backup on our servers is included in every plan. The Google Drive copy is an optional add-on at $3 a month: a second copy of your database and attachments sent every day to your own Google Drive, so a copy of your data stays in your hands.
How much does official email cost?
From $4 per mailbox a month with 8 GB, $6 with 25 GB, and $5.5 per mailbox from 15 mailboxes up.
Do I need a domain for email and the website?
Yes, you only need to own the domain; we handle the connection and setup.
How is the website price worked out?
By working hours at $10 an hour: a company profile site starts at 50 hours ($500), more pages and features take more hours, and you know the price before work starts.
Is paying yearly cheaper?
Yes, a yearly subscription costs less than paying monthly, and each plan shows the saving when you choose Yearly.
