Use of the service

You agree to use the system for lawful purposes only, and not to misuse it or attempt to disrupt it.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens through your account.

Service provider

Intagya ERP is provided by INTAGYA, Arab Republic of Egypt.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a continuous service and monitor every workspace around the clock. We do not guarantee that the system will be error-free or available at all times. Support requests go to support@intagya.pro.

Your data on cancellation

Your data belongs to you. When you cancel, you can ask for a full export of your data before the workspace is closed; after closing, the data and its backups are deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

Intagya ERP is not liable for any indirect damages resulting from use of the system.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time, and any change is announced on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Acceptance

Continuing to use the system means you accept any updates to these terms.
