At Intagya ERP we are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure.
What we collect
We may collect basic data such as your name, email, company details and how you use the system, in order to improve our services.
How we use it
- To provide and run our services.
- To improve system performance and the user experience.
- To contact you about updates or support requests.
Who is responsible
Intagya ERP is operated by INTAGYA, Arab Republic of Egypt.
Data ownership
All data you enter in your workspace belongs to you. We host and process it only to provide the service to you, and for no other purpose. You can ask for a full export of your data at any time.
Where it is hosted
The service is hosted on DigitalOcean servers in the Frankfurt, Germany data center. Each customer has an isolated database, and all connections are encrypted.
Backups
We take a daily backup of every workspace and keep backups for at least 7 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
Artificial intelligence
When you use the artificial intelligence features, the AI providers (OpenAI and Anthropic) receive aggregated figures and summaries for questions about your figures, and your request text with the matching customer and product names and prices when you ask for work such as a draft invoice, only to produce the answer. Full customer or employee records are not sent. Your data is not used to train models. These features are optional.
Cookies and tracking
Our public website uses a cookie to remember your language, and uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel to measure visits, sign-ups and ad performance. These tools run on the public website only, not inside your workspace. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Prices and currency
We show prices in your country's currency. We tell the country from your IP address when the page opens, without storing it, and keep the currency you pick in a cookie. The exchange rate is updated once a day. At payment you are charged in your country's currency when the payment gateway accepts it, otherwise the equivalent in US dollars. Data sources: Rates By Exchange Rate API and IP Geolocation by DB-IP.
Data protection
We apply strict security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with any third party, except where required by law or needed to deliver the service (hosting, payment, email, and the AI providers named above).
Your rights
You can request access to your data, or ask us to correct, export or delete it, at any time.
Mobile app
The Intagya ERP Android app connects only to your company's workspace, and uses device permissions only when needed and after you allow them:
- Location: read once when you check in or out, or when you record a field sales order, and sent to your workspace to verify the work location. The app does not track your location in the background.
- Camera and photos: to photograph an expense receipt, send a picture in chat, or change your profile picture, only when you choose to.
- Microphone and camera in calls: only during a voice or video call you start or answer.
- Notifications: we use Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver message, task and call notifications; only your device's notification ID and the notification text are sent to it.
- Sign-in details: stored encrypted on your device to keep you signed in, and removed when you sign out.
The app shows no ads, and does not sell data or share it for advertising. All traffic between the app and your workspace is encrypted (HTTPS).
Deleting your account and data
You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time. The steps are on the account deletion page.
