A dashboard that tells you where your company is stuck, before it costs you

Most business owners don't lack numbers. They have a sales report, a statement of accounts, a task list. The question on their mind every morning is a different one: where is the problem right now, and who do I need to call today? A report tells you how much you sold. It doesn't tell you that ten deals haven't moved in two weeks, or that tens of thousands in invoices are still drafts the customer never received.

That's why Intagya ERP has a Diagnosis tab on its dashboard. The idea is simple: the system reads what is actually happening in your company, ranks the problems by severity, and gives each one a practical suggestion and a button that opens the exact records behind it.

The Diagnosis tab: each department's health, the operational performance index and the problems by severity
The Diagnosis tab: each department's health, the operational performance index and the problems by severity (sample data)

1. The bottleneck: the stage where work piles up

The system already keeps the history of every opportunity and every task moving from one stage to the next. From it, the dashboard works out how many days work spends in each stage on average, and which stage it waits in longest. If deals spend 3 days in every stage and then 18 days in "Quotation", the problem isn't the whole sales team. It's that one step: a slow approval, missing information, or one person everything has to pass through.

2. What the diagnosis watches in each department

A department only shows up if its app is active in your system. Some of what it flags:

In sales and projects it also warns you when one person carries several times the team's average of open work, because one overloaded person is a bottleneck too.

3. Every warning comes with "what do I do?"

A warning on its own isn't enough. So each problem comes with a practical suggestion, such as "call your three largest late payers this week and agree on payment dates in writing", or "confirm and send the draft invoices today, customers can't pay an invoice they never received". Next to it is a button that opens the list of records, so you don't have to go looking for them.

If the most common reason you lose deals is price or missing stock, the suggestion fits the reason: prepare a cheaper option and train the team on price objections, or review reorder rules for the products customers ask for most.

4. One number that sums it up

The dashboard scores an Operational Health Index out of 100 for each department: every problem takes points off according to its severity. Next to it is a velocity score per department, so at a glance you can see which department needs you first.

5. You decide what counts as a problem

What counts as late in one company is normal in another. So every threshold can be changed in the diagnosis settings: after how many days a deal counts as stuck, when a quotation counts as unanswered, when a draft invoice counts as forgotten, and when someone counts as overloaded.

What about data privacy?

Everything is calculated inside your company's own database, from the history the system already keeps. None of your data goes to an outside service. And the diagnosis is shown to dashboard managers only, not to every employee.

FAQ

Do I need to enter extra data for the diagnosis to work?

No. It works from what your team records in the normal course of work: opportunities, tasks, invoices, purchase orders and time off. The more consistently the team keeps stages and dates up to date, the sharper the diagnosis gets.

Will I see every department?

A department only appears if its app is active in your system. If you don't use Projects, for example, there is no Projects section.

Is the dashboard included in every plan?

Yes. The dashboard is part of the system on every plan, and shows each department based on the apps you have.
