Many companies have a good-looking website that is an island. The "contact us" message lands in an inbox nobody follows, a shop order is copied by hand into the sales program, the site's prices differ from the real ones because someone forgot to update them, and on top of that there is separate hosting and a separate developer.

We offer a website design service where the site is built inside Intagya ERP itself, in your brand and on your own domain. The service is charged separately from the subscription and sold as working hours you pay once: $10 an hour, from 50 hours, valid for a year. Sample sites and sizes are on the company website page.

What changes when the website lives inside the system?

1. Every message from the site becomes an opportunity

The contact form doesn't send an email that gets lost. It creates an opportunity in CRM with the sender's name and message, so the sales team sees it and follows it up and the manager knows where it came from. That is how our own site works: every demo request on intagya.pro arrives in our system as an opportunity.

2. An online shop from the same product list

The products, pictures and prices on the site are the ones in the system, so you never update prices in two places. A shop order arrives as a sales order in Sales, is delivered from the warehouse and invoiced in accounting like any other sale.

3. A portal for your customers

Customers sign in to their account on your site and see their quotations, orders and invoices without having to call and ask.

4. You edit the content yourself

After delivery you change texts, pictures and pages in the drag-and-drop website editor, without calling a developer for every change. The site is in Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layout, and a title and description per page for search engines.

5. One system instead of two

No separate hosting, no copying data by hand between the site and the system, no third password. If you later need a blog or live chat with visitors, they are apps added to the same site.
