Travel and tourism: the program, the booking and the payment in one system

A travel company sells a program made of many parts: flights, hotels, transport, meals, visa. Each part has a supplier, a price and a limited count. When bookings are run in scattered sheets it is easy to sell a bed that does not exist or to forget to collect a payment from a traveller.

The tourism sector in Intagya ERP is built around Hajj, Umrah, domestic and international programs.

Programs with their details and prices

Each program has a reference, travel and return dates and a number of nights. For Umrah and Hajj you set the Makkah hotel, the Madinah hotel and the room types, and the flight, hotel, transport and meal costs, and the program's total price is shown. The system keeps track of the beds still available in each program.

The company from the inside

A customer starts as an opportunity in the pipeline and then becomes a booking. Company cars and buses are managed in the Fleet app. Accounting, purchasing, employees and payroll are in the same system, so you see the season's profit without side spreadsheets.

FAQ

Is it only for Hajj and Umrah?

No. It also has domestic and international programs, and standalone flight and hotel bookings.
