Restaurants and cafes: table, kitchen and accounts on one line

At rush hour there is no time for paper. An order is written by hand and then called out to the kitchen, a table waits, an item is cancelled and nobody knows who cancelled it. At the end of the day sales are added up by hand to find out what the restaurant made.

The restaurant sector in Intagya ERP is built around that moment: the waiter enters the order once and the rest happens by itself.

The floor in front of you

The floor and table plan shows at a glance which table is free and which is taken. The waiter opens the table and adds items, and can move the order to another table or split the bill between guests. Both actions are open only to the people you give the right to.

The bill and the books

Service charge is added automatically on dine-in orders, and the tip is printed on the receipt apart from the total. Every sale posts to accounting by itself. Purchasing, inventory, manufacturing (for recipes), employees, payroll and attendance are all in the same system.

FAQ

Do I start with an empty menu?

No. The system comes with a starter menu and food and drink categories that you replace with your own items and prices.

Can an order be changed after it was paid?

A paid order can be reopened for editing as long as the shift is still open.
