How much does one user cost on each system?
On Intagya ERP a user costs about EGP 275 a month, because the five-user plan is EGP 1,375 with every app included. Compare the price per user, not the plan price alone: a cheap plan with tight limits gets expensive the moment you grow.
Paid yearly, the Intagya ERP price drops to about EGP 229 per user, because a year costs ten months.
What is the difference in features?
The biggest gap is in limits and in the services around the system: Intagya ERP puts no cap on invoices, customers or warehouses, and adds company mail and an outside backup from inside the system.

Is my data safe if something goes wrong?
Yes. Every plan has a daily backup on our servers. If you want a second copy outside, a daily copy of your database goes to your own Google Drive; you pick the time and how many days to keep, for EGP 165 a month.
Does Intagya ERP have AI?
Yes. intagya AI adds an Analyse button on your dashboard reports and a side panel with suggested questions. It reads, explains and suggests; it does not change your data. Ready plans start at EGP 330 a month, or EGP 165 a month with your own OpenAI or Anthropic key.
Do I get company mail on my own domain?
Yes, a mailbox on your company domain that works inside the system. Price per mailbox: EGP 220 a month (8 GB), EGP 330 (25 GB), or EGP 303 for teams from 15 mailboxes.
Is there a phone app?
