Contracting: every project with its tasks, purchases and progress bills

A contractor runs several sites at once, and each site has its schedule, suppliers and payments. One question comes back in every meeting: where are we on this project and what has it cost so far? The answer is usually split between the site engineer, purchasing and accounts.

The contracting sector in Intagya ERP keeps a project's tasks, purchases and invoices in one place.

The project as a clear task board

Each project has its stages: planning, procurement, execution, handover. Each task has an owner, a deadline and a priority, and moves between stages by dragging. A task past its deadline shows in a different colour, so nobody has to remind you of it.

Billing by progress

From the sales order you issue a down-payment invoice and then partial invoices for the work done, so collection follows progress. Customer contracts are kept and linked to sales orders. Employees, attendance and payroll, the largest cost for any contractor, are in the same system.

FAQ

Can I run more than one project at a time?

Yes. Each project has its own board, stages and tasks, and you can see tasks from all projects together when you need to.

How do I follow staff on site?

Attendance, time off and payroll are in the sector, and the mobile app records attendance only from the allowed work site.
