Clinics: one patient file from appointment to invoice

In a clinic the patient goes from reception to the doctor to the cashier, and each stop records their details its own way: an appointment book, a paper file, a handwritten receipt. When they come back a month later the search for the file starts again.

The clinic sector in Intagya ERP gives the patient one file that follows them from the first appointment to the last payment.

Appointments by doctor and working shift

An appointment is booked with a specific doctor inside their shift, and the system refuses one that clashes with another appointment for the same doctor or falls outside the shift. Each appointment has a status: draft, confirmed, in progress, done. The patient gets a number that stays with them on every visit.

A prescription that becomes an invoice

• The prescription is written from the appointment: the treatment, then the medicines with form, quantity, when to take them and for how many days.
• It is printed for the patient and invoiced in one step.
• The next follow-up date is set on the prescription and the appointment is created automatically.
• Patient images are kept in the file and can be compared before and after treatment.

Running the clinic itself

A clinic is also a business: it buys supplies, has employees, payroll and attendance, and keeps accounts. All of that is in the same system, so the owner sees each day's income and expenses without adding them up by hand.
